Application procedure
- All participants including invited speakers and committee members must register to provide us with the necessary details by Tue, April 27, 2022.
- Register by creating your account and submitting your abstract (200 words maximum). You can modify your submission before Tue, April 27, 2022.
- Notification of acceptance together with details about the payment process will be sent via e-mail by Tue, June 7, 2022.
- The program will consist of invited and contributed oral presentations, and posters. The contributed oral presentations will be selected on the basis of the submitted abstracts. The participants will be informed of their format of presentation by Tue, June 7, 2022.
Payment
The registration fees covering conference participation and full board accomodation are the following:

The registration will be effective only after the payment of the registration fee by bank transfer by Sun, July 10, 2022. The details of the bank account for the transfer will be sent via e-mail to the successful applicants. No reimbursement will be made after this date, except if the conference is cancelled due to the COVID pandemic.
